Worst hotel ever. Small rooms. Room rates are very high. They turn off the AC at midnight. It will be turned on again only if there is a complaint.Not even a bottle of water is given as complimentary. The staff is very rude.The vehicle they provide is also charged a very high amount... Worst hotel with mannerless staffs and manger.

The room walls are full of termites and they don't provide with towel and soap in bathroom. The manager is very rude and mannerless. They charge you for AC but don't provide you with AC remote. They operate it for you from their reception and switch off the AC early in the morning. Moreover the room telephone also doesn't work so that we can ask them to turn it on. They are completely unhygienic and have kept a tub dirty water and ask their guests to drink that water. When you take bottle water from hot l they charge you Rs 10 extra on each bottle. Overall worst hotel with pathetic manager and staff.

Rooms is good but small and staff behaviour is not good. Every one is rude and they all are liers. Then we check in they said you can take one hour or one and half hour for fresh up and then we check out they said extra charges for ony 1 hour extra and said that pay half day charges very bad behavior and all the conversation
